HIHO invests US$100 million in new plant in Guanajuato

GUANAJUATO – HIHO, a prominent company in the aluminum sector and acknowledged provider of wheels for major automakers like Nissan, Chrysler, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz, and BMW, has declared a $100 million investment for the establishment of a new facility in Apaseo el Grande, Guanajuato.

It is important to note that this substantial expansion will result in the creation of approximately 600 positions in the area.

With an established presence in multiple countries such as the United States, Japan, China, India, England, Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea, HIHO has opted to invest in Mexico and join the automotive industry in the nation.

The commencement of the Apaseo El Grande plant signifies a strategic move for HIHO, augmenting its worldwide network of facilities and fortifying its foothold in the North American market.
