Denso Global Invests $63 Million in Michigan Thermal Manufacturing Plant

INTERNATIONAL – Denso Global has allocated a $63 million investment to its thermal manufacturing plant in Battle Creek, Michigan.

These financial resources will be directed towards the modernization of production lines and the promotion of future vehicle electrification efforts. This initiative reflects Denso’s dedication to embracing more sustainable mobility solutions in Michigan, where the company already maintains a workforce of over 3,500 employees across multiple locations within the state.

The disclosure regarding this investment came from the office of Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer following her official visit to Denso’s global headquarters in Japan. This financial commitment serves as evidence of Denso’s steadfast support for the Battle Creek community and its adaptability to the ever-changing automotive landscape.
